2019 – ME/CFS South Australia

ME/CFS South Australia is a volunteer-run charity that has been helping the ME/CFS (a serious, complex, disabling, neuroimmune condition that affects every system in the body) community that have very different needs for more than 30 years, by providing support services, education and advocacy.

2018 – Heart & Soul

Every week, Heart & Soul Group is freeing vulnerable South Australians of the worry about how they will access wholesome food for themselves and their family. A growing number of people in our community are in need of food assistance, arising from a range of often complicated circumstances. Through partnerships with major supermarkets, corporate and independent donors plus sponsors, Heart & Soul Group collects fresh food and pantry items to redistribute at free food markets held in various locations.

2017 – SIDS and Kids SA

SIDS and Kids SA provides free bereavement support to individuals and families who experience or are affected by the sudden unexpected death of a baby or child from conception to six years of age. This includes miscarriage, stillbirth, neonatal deaths, SIDS and accidental deaths. SIDS and Kids SA has been providing support to families for 40 years.

2016 – Therapeutic Dog Services Inc.

TDS Inc. provide a wide range of services to thousands of South Australian children and adults every year by delivering mutually beneficial, complementary therapy programs throughout other Service Providers facility sites within SA (hospitals, nursing homes, community houses and disability services).

TDS Inc. also deliver privately services from the TDS Inc Service Centre, Villa Saint Hilarion at Fulham and Seaton.

2015 – Foundation 21

Foundation 21's aim is to enhance and support existing services and to raise the public's awareness of the positive contributions individuals with Down syndrome make in our community. The team of volunteers are dedicated to helping ease the financial burden placed on families who have a child with Down syndrome. Without financial assistance some families may never have access to the extra services that their child requires.

2014 – Central Domestic Violence Service

The establishment of the Zahra Foundation Australia was initiated by Zahra's children and Central Domestic Violence Service to support women and their children to live a life free of violence and attain economic independence. The work in establishing the Foundation is being administered by Central Domestic Violence Service.

2013 – 4in3 - The Mason Minniss Fund

In memory of Mason, the Minniss family started the 4 in 3 The Mason Minniss Fund with support the of the Women's & Children's Foundation.

Their fundraising efforts help to give some comfort to the families in Adelaide who are patients of the Paediatric Palliative Care Service at the Adelaide Women's & Children's Hospital. Their fundraising projects have helped with the creation of a Masonette Cupboard and contributions towards Butterfly Baskets.

4in3 - The Mason Minniss Fund

2012 – Backpacks 4 SA Kids

Backpacks 4 SA Kids is a proud SA Non-Profit Organisation supporting newborn babies through to teenagers who are placed into foster or emergency care.

Their goal is to provide an unlimited number of backpacks to relieve some of the trauma felt by the children of SA that are currently in the foster care system, domestic violence shelters or under duress in South Australia. The backpacks are full of useful items that these children can call their own, providing reassurance and comfort from their changing worlds.
